PEP RALLY - Tuesday Oct. 16
Our next pep rally is Tuesday, and the theme will be "pink out" for breast cancer awareness.
CONCERT BAND MEMBERS
The beginner part of the class has begun keeping a practice journal to help them remember what they need to practice and how often they have practiced. A parent signature is requested for practice verification
We will resume Full Orchestra practice this week Monday (October 15) after school. Two weeks ago we had a number of people forget to attend. This must not happen with only one rehearsal a week. Students should also take time to look at their music before the actual rehearsal.
SYMPHONIC AND HONOR BAND
We've had a few "oops" moments, and a little lack of practice. Please mark your calendar...set a practice schedule...and be early to practice. There are so many good things happening right now. Lets keep it going!

SCHOOL BILLING SYSTEM:
I've been thinking for some time now that the billing system would automatically send you an email concerning tux shirts and instrument fees, but THERE WILLBE NO EMAIL.
- All current Bills or Fees are now on the "INTOUCH" system.

Parents, I am hoping that everyone received an email on Friday to pick up their new band shirt from Monograms and More. If not, please check your email as I know they are ready.
CONSOL 8th grade band night
October 26 - All 8th graders designated to attend AMCMS will attend the Friday night game as guests of the Tiger Band. They will sit in the bleachers with the Tiger band and receive Pep tunes to play with the band as well as others that we already have. We plan to stay through the third quarter and then dismiss during the fourth quarter (we will have more details as we get closer to the event).
